Terms of delivery and return and tax
Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered in Metropolitan France or in the following areas :

The Seller undertakes to make his best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Customer within the time specified above.
Deliveries occur within a maximum of thirty days from the confirmation of the order and its payment.
Delivery consists of the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product. Except in the special case or unavailability of one or more Products, the Products ordered will be delivered according to the available stock.
If the Products ordered have not been delivered on the indicative date of delivery, or failing this, at the latest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract for any cause other than force majeure or the fact of the Customer, the sale may be solved at the written request of the Customer under the conditions laid down in Articles L 216-2, L 216-3 and L241-4 of the Consumer Code.
The sums paid by the Customer will then be returned to him no later than fourteen days following the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or deductions.
Deliveries are made by an independent carrier, to the address mentioned by the Customer when ordering and to which the carrier can easily access.
When the Customer has himself chosen to use a carrier that he chooses himself, the delivery is deemed made upon delivery of Products ordered by the Seller to the carrier who accepted them without reservation. The Customer acknowledges that it is the carrier who is responsible for the delivery and has no recourse against the Seller in the event of failure to deliver the goods transported.
In the event of particular request of the Customer concerning the conditions of packing or transport of the ordered products, duly accepted in writing by the Seller, the related costs will be the object of an additional specific invoicing, on estimate previously accepted in writing by the Customer.
The Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered Product and to issue, if necessary, any reservation on the carrier's delivery note.
The Customer shall, at his expense, return the goods in question by registered mail acknowledgment of receipt. After appraisal, the Seller reserves the right to refund or exchange said merchandise.
The transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration relating thereto, will only be realized when the Customer physically takes possession of the Products.
The Products therefore travel at the Seller's risk unless the Customer has himself chosen the carrier. As such, the risks are transferred at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier.
With regard to the Products marketed on the website, non-professional Clients have the right to withdraw and return the Product (s) for fourteen clear days from the date of delivery thereof, in accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code.
The Customer can exercise his signed right of withdrawal by sending a registered letter with unambiguous acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Optique Distribution 97 rue de paris 92100 Boulogne
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-23 of the Consumer Code,the Customer must return his Product no later than fourteen days after the communication of his decision to retract.
The costs of returning the Products are the responsibility of the Customer. The transport of returned Products is the responsibility of the Customer.
The return of the Product will result in a refund equal to the total amount paid by the Customer, ie the purchase price of the Product (s) and shipping costs.
In accordance with Article L.221-24 of the Consumer Code, the exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made no later than fourteen days from the date on which Optique Distribution will be informed. the Customer's decision to retract. Optique Distribution may defer reimbursement until recovery of the goods or until the Customer has provided proof of the shipment of these goods, the date chosen being the date of the first of these facts.
Returns of Products are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions ...) allowing their re-marketing in new condition, accompanied by the invoice, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
Damaged, soiled or incomplete products are not taken back.
TAXES, RIGHTS AND CUSTOMS COSTS
The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. These can be collected upon delivery and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. We are not able to mark orders as "gifts".
